Before any cleaning begins, our technician reviews the overall condition of the system and looks for areas that may require additional attention. This gives us a clear picture of the installation before we start and helps ensure that the cleaning approach is appropriate for the specific system.
We look inside the air distribution system to understand what actually needs cleaning.
Using a professional tube camera, our technician inspects the inside of the ductwork and assesses the level of contamination. We also inspect the supply-air side. Because supply-air ducts generally become less contaminated, they do not always need to be cleaned. If additional cleaning would be beneficial, we explain our findings before carrying out any additional work.
Professional cleaning – We thoroughly clean the parts of the system that need it.
Our technician systematically cleans the extract-air ducts and relevant valves and grilles using professional cleaning equipment. If our inspection shows that the supply-air ducts also require cleaning, we discuss this first. The customer can then decide whether to have them cleaned during the same visit for an additional fee.
After cleaning, we check the system before completing the service.
Once the cleaning work has been completed, our technician checks the relevant system functions and makes sure the components we have worked on are correctly in place. Where filter replacement is included in the selected service, the filters are also replaced.
