From initial startup and configuration to airflow measurement, functional testing and documentation, we make sure the system is ready to operate as intended. Our technician starts up the ventilation unit for the first time and configures the relevant system settings, connected controls and sensors. This creates the correct foundation for the subsequent testing and balancing of the system.
We verify that the ventilation unit and system are operating correctly.
Key functions and connected components are checked to confirm that the system responds and operates as expected before airflow measurement and balancing are performed.
We measure and balance the ventilation system according to the intended system setup.
Supply and extract airflows are measured and the relevant valves are adjusted to achieve the required air distribution throughout the system.
We perform a final check of the configuration and operation.
Once measurement and balancing are complete, our technician verifies the system settings and operation to make sure the ventilation system is ready for professional handover.
We document the commissioning and make sure the responsible person understands the basics of the system.
After commissioning, you receive documentation of the completed work and relevant commissioning results. A short system instruction covering the basic operation is always included as part of the handover. If a more detailed walkthrough of the system, settings, controls and recommended use is required, this can be selected as an additional onboarding service.
