Once you have completed your application, we will send you confirmation of receipt. You will receive feedback within five working days. If your application enthuses us, we will invite you to a virtual introductory meeting.
You will be invited to an interview in which you will meet your direct supervisor, a colleague from HR, (a direct colleague) and the manager of your supervisor. In an open conversation, we will try to get a good impression of your background and personality. We will also talk about the what the new job involves and our expectations. An assessment is part of the procedure for some vacancies.
After the interview, you will receive feedback within three days from our HR colleague. We then want to exchange feedback on our mutual impressions.
When both sides agree, it is time to say: Welcome to the Zehnder family.
