1 “BASIC” maintenance package
1.1 Scope of services
Zehnder guarantees the faultless execution of the work in accordance with the statutory provisions.

Maintenance every 2 years by a Zehnder service technician or by a Zehnder-certified service partner (for contents see point 4.)
Service guarantee: The service guarantee is automatically acquired when the contract is concluded for one of the three Zehnder service packages (Basic, Comfort or Premium). The “Service Guarantee Terms and Conditions” dated 03.02.2022 of Zehnder Group Deutschland GmbH are a condition for claiming.)
10% discount on original Zehnder filter package when ordering via the online store every 6 months
Telephone support during service hours (Monday to Thursday 07:15-17:00 and Friday 07:15-15:30) on +49 7821 586170
Supplementary technical instruction by the Zehnder service technician or certified service partner during maintenance
Zehnder quality certificate with documentation of the maintenance work carried out
Automatic reminder for filter change (every 6 months) and maintenance appointment (every 24 months)
1.2 Payment & billing
The package price of € 552.00 (incl. 19% VAT) for the scope of services described in 1.1 applies for a period of 24 months from the conclusion of the contract or, if the maintenance contract is not terminated, from the last maintenance carried out by a Zehnder service technician or a certified service partner. The full package price is due upon completion of the two-year maintenance by the Zehnder service technician or certified service partner and is payable after invoicing, preferably by bank transfer or alternatively by direct debit.

2 “KOMFORT” maintenance package
2.1 Scope of services
The scope of services of the “BASIC” maintenance package applies in addition:

A further 10% discount (i.e. a total of 20% discount) on original Zehnder filter packs when ordered via the online store every 6 months
Free original Zehnder filter package (standard filter for ventilation unit and outlet valves) as part of maintenance every 2 years. Special filters such as activated charcoal filters are subject to a surcharge in accordance with the current Zehnder price list.

2.2 Payment & invoicing
The package price of € 613.00 (incl. 19% VAT) for the scope of services described in 2.1 applies for a period of 24 months from the conclusion of the contract or, if the maintenance contract is not terminated, from the last maintenance carried out by a Zehnder service technician or a certified service partner.
