Individual units such as Zehnder ComfoAir Q and ComfoAir Flex provide ventilation per dwelling. Airflow up to 600 m³/h and heat recovery rates up to 98% ensure high efficiency and individual control.

Decentralized units (e.g., Zehnder ComfoAir 70) are suitable for refurbishment projects or buildings with structural limitations.
