Grilles are the only visible part of a ventilation system, so we believe they should do more than function well. They should fit beautifully into your home. That’s exactly what this new portfolio was designed to do.
It consists of two distinct lines: the Classic Line, with familiar forms, clean geometry and timeless finishes, and the Design Line, which adds a more expressive look with like high-gloss plexiglass. Each grille is carefully developed to perform quietly, install seamlessly and enhance the space it lives in.
Along the way, we involved potential users: homeowners, installers, planners and architects. Their input did more than confirm which styles people liked most. It helped us spot the designs with real potential.
This page invites you to discover the story behind the grilles; how they were developed, what sets them apart and why airflow has never looked this good.

The Classic Line is our response to a portfolio that had become too fragmented, full of inconsistencies and legacy designs. Project Forest gave us the chance to rebuild, with a cleaner, more logical range that works across markets.
We kept the Italian city names for familiarity, but new designs like Milano and Bologna now raise the bar for the entire Classic Line assortment. They set a new standard in both appearance and performance; combining familiar forms with smarter detailing and lower pressure drop.

Inspired by timeless Italian design, the Milano blends soft curves with clean round perforations. Designed with a subtle 3D pattern and a dot/line line signature, it’s the modern evolution of our best-seller, Venezia. Just like its namesake city, Milano mixes classic taste with bold functionality.

Meet Bologna. The floral hole pattern echoes classic architecture. Think countryside villas or high-ceilinged townhouses. Designed with renovation projects in mind, it offers standout airflow performance. It’s the quietest grille in the line, thanks to its generous open surface.
This range is aimed mostly at installers and contractors working in new-build single-family homes, especially in countries like Germany, Switzerland and Italy, where grilles play a more prominent role in the ventilation setup.
These are professionals who value the visual impact of a design that looks more modern and more thought through, but above all the practical benefits: products that install easily, fit well and perform reliably.

The Design Line gave us space to try something bolder. We explored new shapes, materials and ways to let the grille stand out instead of blend in.
Not every idea made it, but one unexpected success was the glass-edge frame, originally a workaround from a supplier. It ended up being the perfect way to visually separate this line from the rest. The names are different too. They are drawn from gemstones to match the more refined, elegant feel.

Rubino makes a statement. Its hexagonal hole pattern and high-gloss plexiglass finish give it a jewel-like presence. It’s inspired by the ruby: bold, angular and unforgettable. A true conversation starter for interiors that don’t play it safe.

Topazio brings balance to your interior. Its minimalist lines and translucent frame evoke the clarity of topaz, elegant but grounded. Topazio’s beauty lies in its symmetry, simplicity and ability to fit effortlessly into modern living.

Zaffiro, Italian for sapphire, reflects depth, calm and clarity. It’s a cool grille with a warm soul. Its rectangular shape and smooth plexiglass edges offer a subtle contrast that lifts any room. Like the gem it’s named after, Zaffiro feels timeless and precious.
The Design Line is for those spaces and clients where visual impact matters just as much as airflow. Think architects, interior designers, high-end renovation projects or homeowners looking to upgrade more than just performance.
The quantities may be lower, but the expectations are higher. While the
glass-edge frame of the Design Line brings elegance and distinction, it does come with one limitation: these grilles aren’t suitable for floor installation, which is why we do not offer a CLF version.
The raised glass edge could cause someone to trip or hurt themselves on the sharp corners. There is also a higher chance the finish may get scratched or damaged by shoes, furniture or cleaning equipment.

Each grille includes a discreet QR code for quick filter tracking and easy reordering. Maintenance reminders are now just a scan away.
Every product comes with an ownership card — a handy place to record filter changes and installer details for future service needs.
Our new square-shaped filters reduce material waste and feature a larger surface area, capturing more dust and lasting longer.
We’re developing an accordion-style filter design for even better dust retention and extended filter life — ensuring lasting performance.
Every detail matters. Our updated TVA frame now uses a single central pin — no glue, no hassle — for faster installation and a secure, sustainable fit.
Made from durable recycled polymer, it replaces older materials to reduce environmental impact while improving performance and longevity.
Because with Zehnder, even the smallest parts are designed to make a big difference.
