- in daily business only if there is a published URL for which the page has changed, then normally, 301 redirects are configured

Troubleshooting
In case there appear red marked redirects.
This suggests an integrity error. In most cases, these are redirects to the same URL. Even if it does not appear that the source and destination URLs are the same, this is the only condition in the display logic (i.e. SELF_REDIRECT).
Have a quick look through it again, but it makes most sense to delete it.
