Generic information
- connected to Typo3 role “Redakteur - Module Mongo"
- offers possibility to check PIM-based Mongo DB data based on specific attribute IDs
- Three levels of checks:
- Classification tree (blue or yellow PIM strucutre reference)
- Classification (blue or yellow PIM strucutre reference)
- single product & article (single product or article attributes values)
- in addition the current “import queue” is shown to display how many items still need to be processed related PIM / DAM import changes.
Classification Tree
- In this section classification trees based on selection of one specific PIM “country” can be displayed
- If a product misses in this overview, then it has no classification in PIM which is mandatory to be imported on the website
- Classification value looks like this “cls_web_site_164832” and can be copied to the next level of check - the classification details
- Classification represents the PIM-connected blue or yellow structure
- it is shown as “reference” value within the values of a single product or article
Classification details
- as CMS Specialist normally do not have PIM access with the help of this tool we can see the PIM data that has been pushed to the Mongo DB
- Classification details show data related the classification as well as the product connected to a classification ID
product and article details
- based on a specific product or article ID PIM based data in the Mongo DB can be checked for each PIM country
- possibility to identify if missing data on the website is due to:
- it isn't yet available in Mongo DB and couldn't be imported
- it is present in the Mongo DB but waits for the next import process
- it hasn't been imported because an attribute configuration is wrong
- everything is OK in Mongo DB so issue is connected to the import process to the website and Typo3 agency needs to be approached
